Refund policy
Draft: a lawyer is reading this before Draftlist goes on sale.
14 days, no questions
If Draftlist is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and you get your money back in full. You do not have to give a reason.
How to ask
Email support@draftlist.app with the email address you bought with.
The refund goes back to the way you paid.
After a refund
Your licence key stops being active, and Draftlist stops the next time it checks your licence (each time it opens, and about once a day while it runs).
After 14 days
We may still refund later purchases at our discretion, for example when Draftlist does not work on your Mac and we cannot fix it. This does not limit any right to a refund you have by law.
