Licence agreement
Draft: a lawyer is reading this before Draftlist goes on sale.
This agreement is between you and BREAKBOMB LLC (“we”). By installing or using Draftlist you agree to it.
What you buy
- A licence to use Draftlist, for one person. There are two: Draftlist, and Draftlist Pro, which adds the Pro features.
- Draftlist needs a licence to run. There is no trial.
- You may activate your licence on up to 3 Macs at a time. To move it, deactivate a Mac in Settings ▸ Licence.
- The version you buy is yours to keep using. Updates are included for every 1.x version.
Keeping the licence active
- Draftlist checks your licence online each time it opens and about once a day while it runs. Without a successful check it keeps working for 24 hours, then waits until it can check again. Pro features need a successful check each time Draftlist opens.
- If our licence service can’t be reached, Draftlist treats it as being offline, never as a cancelled licence.
- Setting your Mac’s clock back does not extend the 24 hours.
- If a purchase is refunded or charged back, or a key is revoked for misuse, Draftlist stops at its next check.
What you may not do
- Share your licence key, or sell or rent it.
- Remove the licence check, or copy, modify or reverse-engineer Draftlist, except where the law allows it.
Your work
Your projects, samples and notes are yours. Draftlist reads them on your Mac and claims no rights in them.
Third-party parts
Draftlist includes open-source software and data under their own licences. They are listed in Settings ▸ About ▸ Third-party credits.
Refunds
See our refund policy.
No warranty
Draftlist is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not promise it is free of errors. Keep backups of your projects and samples.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for your licence. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Ending
This agreement ends if you break it. You can end it by uninstalling Draftlist.
